I'm a Scotch man. I like Aberfeldy 18, Balvenie single cask, and Kilchoman for my top 3.

I also love a Dubonnet Manhattan or a hazy IPA. Red over white wine, IMO

A good dry cider (or at least something with no added sugar to it...).

Alternatively, I love a good dry white wine, specifically a Sauvignon Blanc/Fume Blanc. Definitely more of a white than red person, though I do enjoy a nice spicy or jammy red (South American, especially).
