Edit: nearly $50 per pill, thought a course was 15 pills instead of 30. Still outrageous.

It costs ₹35-50 (less than a dollar) per capsule to buy a Molnupiravir pill in India. The entire box costs about ₹2,000 (Cipla, 40 pills).

Paxlovid is also available, it seems, which is basically a combined treatment of nirmatrelvir and ritonavir. Nirmacom Combipack is being sold by Hetero Healthcares at ₹980.
