Controversial opinion, but I'm going to back your comment and add that when they're talking about Canadian citizens, they're talking about white citizens. The worst terrorist attack in Canada happened in the 1980s on a foreign soil in Ireland, and no one remembers them. Why? Because a bunch of brown people died.
