I believe all of the image problems are solved now.

I understand that there is apparently some issues with remote content. Note that kbin.social and some others may have gone into lockdown mode due to load.

Speaking of load, another reason why some federation doesn't appear to work is that the server is pegged. 32 threads of 90% CPU usage.

I bought 4 more servers and I am going to be giving docker swarm a try to spread the load out across 5 systems.

Wish me luck.

(each system is a Hetzner EX101 Intel i9 13k with 64GB of DDR5 ECC memory and a raid 1 nvme v4 SSD - so pretty fast)

Damn, you're paying all this out of pocket? What about bandwith?

The servers are hosted in a datacenter and it comes with bandwidth. I costs about $100/month today and will be $400/month after the expansion. I do pay what ever isn’t covered by donations.

Does Ko-fi take less out of transactions than Patreon?

Edit: Ko-fi does not take a percentage of donations. I've switched from Patreon to Ko-fi.

Thanks for this - have said before I would gladly pay to support this.

Is there any chance we could get a list of support sites on the "FAQ" page? I was looking for this yesterday and I couldn't find it anywhere. @jerry

(Also, testing the @ functionality. No autocomplete, so I'm not entirely sure if I'm doing it right.)

They are listed on the About page, but just as a quick copy-paste from Infosec.exchange
