6am UK time Sunday morning, can't decide whether to get up at 5 or just stay up all night.

Half the year is that time for me as an american I recommend going to bed early-ish and waking up 30 before the race so you can catch Brundleโ€™s grid walk

Why you talking to yourself, bud?

Living in Asia, European races are typically 9pm starts, North/South American races are Monday morning around 4am.

I typically have a nap before any race that starts after 9pm, otherwise I will fall asleep as my work means a 4:30am alarm due to starting just after 6.

Thatโ€™s how they normally are over here in the US (wonder why live viewership is down, thatโ€™s a big factor)

I normally get up a few minutes before the formation lap and throw it on the TV from bed.

Yeah, it's a legacy thing. All the race starts were negotiated by Bernie for European times.

Austin and Miami times are fine, I guess it's just because it's a street track and Vegas

Same situation as Japan and Australia GPs really. I always opt to wake up early

Post GP naps in the morning are amazing.
