So is NA consuming a lot of the remaining 20%, or do we just suck?

Lots of our panels are produced in north america.

My panels, for example, are from Canadian Solar.

The U.S solar panels are usually made within country, so it wouldnt show up in that graph

Cant say for canada or latin america though.
