Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) national secretary Tejinder Pall Singh Bagga on Monday made a sensational claim, saying killed Sikh separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar was gay and that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau used to like him.

His statement comes amid a diplomatic standoff between India and Canada that ensued after Trudeau alleged the Indian government was involved in Nijjar's killing. India has asked Canada to provide proof to back the allegations but none have come yet.

Ok I’m a little behind on this story. Why did Trudeau say India was involved?

And what the fuck, India? Grow up.

The US has admitted that the five eyes intelligence sharing played a part.

Canada is claiming to have Indian government communiques and signal intelligence backing them up.

this story is still developing, but only badly. so far, it is not clear, but some part of India was probably involved, not sure it implicates the PM Modi or his underlings.

but yeah, Modi ~~looks like~~ is a murderous tyrant, history is stacking up against him

Proven tyrant. Lots of documentaries around his shady past.

Uhuh.... The BBC recently released a documentary about this very shady past (specifically about the Gujarat riots, where he was accused of ethnic cleansing against Muslims). Guess what.... This documentary was immediately banned country wide by the Indian government and designated as "foreign propaganda".

Propaganda is not there to make you agree with it, it is there to tell you that you are powerless against it

that's interesting. i'd wager propaganda only works that way when it's winning. but that's difficult to gauge these days. propaganda is more segmented and social media is more "federated". hell, trump's social bs exists via mastodon.

yeah, i wrote that, but i'm a fan of exiting propaganda
