S&P 500 performance is more concentrated now than it’s been for a while. It’s also still trading at a slightly elevated P/E ratio.

Does this mean a recession is likely? Maybe. I don’t know and I don’t think anyone really knows. But I would not be surprised if we see a recession in the corporate real estate market.
