Yep tis fucketh, but should be cool this weekend which is good cause I got a 10k fun run I need to slay
Jesus, running anything over 25°C is just torture for me personally, props on doing it and keep hydrated
I find it's the humidity that's the kicker. I've run comfortably into the low 30's but damn if it's humid I won't go out if it's above 25.
