I find words like efficiency require context to be meaningful, and ignoring this context is the word game that proponents of capitalism play. For example, capitalism is extremely efficient at siphoning productive resources of the country into the pockets of the oligarchs. The question is whether what capitalism is efficient at doing is actually desirable or not.
