I really thought the pit lane one was so outside the spirit of the rules it would create a bigger response. It's not like they're taking him off pole

So if the precedent is there's no penalty for stopping there, then conceivably you could park and wait towards the end of a session, then go at the last second so other people queued behind you couldn't complete their out laps in time?
