Lmao everyone jumping down my throat for being curious about something, starting to feel like reddit again ๐ for the record I support getting off fossil fuels and trying to reduce climate change, but these protests don't seem to accomplish anything meaningful to me.
Usually these tactics are used deliberately to undermine protest movements. If that wasnโt your intention then I apologize for being less than polite. But surely you must see how that would be perceived.
Protests can definitely have an impact. It largely depends on their size and level of support in the public. The political situation also has an impact.
Yeah they should all do something useful with their lives, like making comments on the internet. That'll save the world!
I mean it's probably better for the environment.
