A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

He's commenting on the fact that "taking" something implies the other party doesn't necessarily consent, which is probably why nobody says "taking head" they say "getting head" or "receiving oral/bj/whatever" so the consent isn't ambiguous.
He's commenting on how the observational humor and irreverent tone of OP's post was met with such a direct hard turn. Not a bad shit post and the bruh what was perfect.
