This suggests the problem is way fewer users, not the same number of users browsing less. ... really? I looked hard (I thought) when I started and didn't find the settings to disable the gestures. Maybe I was drunk. I just updated so I'll take another look.

EDIT: there's an entire setting category named "gestures". Either I was drunk or blind or both last time I searched for those settings. Thanks
