Any of y’all transfer on over to lemmy? I remember when I first found that subreddit, blew my mind that so many others used Futurama to fall asleep. I had found my people.

this is blowing my mind i’ve been falling asleep to this show for years and most people say it’s weird. had no clue it’s a thing :’)

I have watched this show so many times. I could just close my eyes with the audio in the background narrating the scenes as I replay them in my mind. It would put me right to sleep haha. Almost like someone reading me my favorite bedtime story as a kid. I think the subreddit had 20k+ members before Reddit died. So we are definitely not alone.

I've been falling asleep to Futurama for so long I've conditioned my brain to it. I have trouble staying awake for th occasionally rewatch.

Older episodes literally make me tired now. Especially season 1 lol
