Growth in german wind capacity is slowing. Soo... then the plan is to keep on with lignite and gas? Am I missing something?

I see it here too.. did you read the comments on that post? Those turbines were to be dismantled in one way or another due to their age, and the permit to mine coal in that place was given 15 years ago.
