This has nothing at all to do with Biden.
A) The NATO is an independent body that the US is part of and doesn't have unilateral control over.
And
B NATO won't accept a country that's currently involved in a war, even if said country didn't start the war.
This seems like a hot take designed to make Biden look like the bad guy when he has literally no control over the situation

Yeah, the two people who will need the most convincing are Orban and Erdogan, just based on the Swedish NATO bid.
