2g supplementary salt is plenty. If you still experience signs of hyponatremia (headaches, torpor, cramps or spasms, sensitivity to stimulation), you need to talk to your doc. If it's just headache and lack of energy, it could also be a sign that you don't drink enough.
Just chug down more water and see if it gets better. If it doesn't, pay the doc a visit.
