I'm sorry to hear that, I've definitely heard (and had) difficulty with Google support myself. The 7 Pro is still definitely the best and fastest Android phone I've used to date though. What did you end up moving to?
Ah yeah I hear that. I have a tough time with reskins.
Of all the reskins in the Android market, the only one which doesn't entirely inhibit android is LG's. I'm still not a big fan of any reskins as they tend to fill the device with bloat wear which takes up memory, but if I had to choose one it'd be LG's for sure.
