I think Starfield's main menu is neat. So I made it into a desktop widget. Files (including the stylized logo) here, wallpaper here.

I used the Chakra Petch font (AUR: ttf-chakra-petch) for the menu buttons, and Liberation Sans (with some editing in Inkscape) for the logo.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't eww supposed to run alongside a window manager ? I don't see anything else on that screen, can you even switch tabs or anything ?

Yes, this is just a bunch of widgets. It's running inside Hyprland with its own keybindings, and I have a topbar (also eww) that has all of the workspace, system monitor, and eye candy widgets; I just killed it for the screenshot since it's not relevant to the topic of the Starfield main menu.

I'm pretty sure it would work in other WMs/DEs, and even on X11.
