Yup. We can't control the climate. Life liberty and shade?
Couldn’t you argue that climate change falls under the right to happiness and life? That we have a right not to give up our right to life and happiness to greedy corporations who don’t care about us?
No, I can't argue that. Climate change is a natural system, controlled by the sun. The world is on a scale of millions of years. The global warming folks are only looking at the past thousand years at most. Here is a current article about Neptune, and the sun. https://www.space.com/neptune-clouds-vanish-solar-activity-responsible
Pretty sure the “global warming folks” aka scientists that have devoted their professional lives to studying this topic, are looking at the relationship between man made greenhouse gases and the abrupt rise in temps we’ve seen since those gases have increased.
It certainly falls under life, but you have no Constitutional right to life, either.
That's a right to due process.
Part of it is due process, but it also means you have the right to not be killed by the actions of the government without being found guilty of a crime.
