I know… it’s the entertainment network that shall not be named. However, I find it so interesting that this actually aired.

Jessica is there to incite anger to the viewers because the network knows that the biggest reactions are anger. It’s an easier emotion to manipulate.

The producers don’t care about law and reason. They are opportunists that hunger for more and more money to hoard. And, in my opinion and sadly, Jessica is just a tool to them. Thoughts?

Outsized influence means outsized regulation. Every small outlet should be able to publish completely as they please. The bigger one gets, the more limited resources one takes (from the traditional radio spectrum to modern social media front page real estate), the more one should be subject to fair regulation. The fairness doctrine needs to come back now more than ever.
