Is there a way of finding popular communities across the federated lemmyverse? And on a smaller scale can I find popular communities on my instance?

But might be minimally biased towards German communities, because feddit.de

The list is growing - though I did find it marginally biased towards Nebraska and Saskatchewan but that might have been because I was looking for askreddit clones
