I just deleted my account and all my content, but I feel like it's going to be hard to not give them traffic. I often end up on niche subreddits searching for specific info.
In the meantime, if I do end up using Reddit it'll be through old.reddit and with an adblock on. At least then I'm not feeding into their ads.
It's going to be a while before someone else gets on parity with Reddit for communities. Maybe never. But there's at least a few ways to not provide them revenue in the meantime till we ween off of them.
