I mean, this is typical of statistics. The random sampling here means there's a 95% chance the survey result will be within 3.7% of the actual values. According to statistics principles, the minimum sample size is 25 to be able to generate statistically significant data. Granted, the smaller the sample size, the greater the margin of error.
