I don’t see it as much different from things like the Firefox logo tbh. As long as it’s being done by regular supporters and not the party itself though, sure.
Political ads should not be tollerated. As ads are not welcomed in lemmy. Its like free advertisments for them that arent registered.
Again, how is it different from the Firefox logo? Or Osu? Or Hololive? If a company or product is well-liked it’s to be expected that users make art to honor it/get more people to know it.
All of them arent political parties. Volt is a political party. And product logos could be like art. Look at the outer wilds. But that is just straight up ads with bots
