I don’t know if it’s like this for everyone but the linked post has 2 images but when I view it in Voyager it only shows the first image and there’s no indication that a second image exists.

I'm not sure, I swear I've both seen such a link work in Voyager and also that that is the way to do it. I'm not entirely sure, maybe by doing the link notation? Gonna try it real quick

I think the bang only works for communities: !obviousplant@lemmy.world. Voyager can also handle http links to communities (if the link is in a comment or post body, not a post link): https://lemmy.world/c/obviousplant.

Posts and comments are known feature requests that are non-trivial to implement.
