The justice is the imprisonment. People are not sentenced to be raped, tortured or murdered by other inmates, and the prison system should go through any and all pains necessary to prevent such things from occurring.

Actually the justice should be reformation, capitalism stop caryng about it and now it is just imprisobment.

Ordinarily I would agree with you. But a parent killing their kids? Nah, fuck that. Your justice might be the imprisonment. I hope she catches more than few hot beat downs.

You can reform crimes of necessity, like stealing to buy food. This person might have a brain defect. Either something genetic or even a brain tumor. It might be fixable with treatments. It might not be.
