He apparently blanked out while speaking - folks are speculating it was a stroke.

You definitely see the moment something happens, but this seems too subtle for a stroke.

Strokes are weird. "Brain attack" is an apt term--some folks barely notice them, some folks drop dead in moments.

Yeah he apparently started making a statement to the press and only got about 5 words in before freezing and going blank, a classic show of senility.
