8. Misinformation is prohibited.


Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.


9. No link shorteners.


The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.


10. Don't copy entire article in your post body


For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

You should probably look at the latest, he left court after pleading not guilty.

Also here's the context of the first agreement breaking down:

Judge Noreika asked Justice Department prosecutor Leo Wise whether there is an "ongoing investigation here."

"There is," Wise said, adding that he could not tell the judge what the investigation was.

Noreika asked if the government could potentially bring a charge related to the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), to which Wise replied: "Yes."

At that point, the original plea deal broke down. Defense attorney Chris Clark said he did not agree with that.

"Then there’s no deal," Wise said.

Clark countered, "As far as I’m concerned the plea deal is null and void."

This is eyebrow raising since it comes so closely after the release of the FBI file alleging claims by the owner of Burisma Holdings that there was a payoff to Hunter Biden.
