Translation: "We have not learned our lesson from the catastrophic mistake of trying to hold Bakhmut at all costs despite that strategy playing right into the Russians' hands by wasting so much of our equipment and manpower there that we had to delay our counter-offensive by months. We took horrifically disproportionate losses last time and yet we're coming back for round two to try and bash our heads against the same brick wall, only now the Russians are on the defensive and will have even more of an advantage over us."

You have to either be secretly working for the Russians or truly and utterly delusional to believe that this is a good idea.
