Compared to goofy Majima's game, TV show's trailer paints it in much more serious light, and i fear that there won't be any side content type humour in the series.

Just got plat for this game and I found the game enjoyable! The combat is more refined, Hawaii is a great place to explore and the side activities+especially the island) are really fun. My complaints are DLCs are required to make the grind faster and performance issues in heavily populated areas.

I would like to see tv show based on judgment, or some sort of prequel about Tojo clan.

I just got the plat trophy and I have to say it's one of the nicer games in the series. I liked the story and the ending made me feel really sad for Kiryu. The combat was fun and I enjoyed the tougher boss fights. However, the lack of NG+ to is the biggest flaw for me especially with Akame points being finite in this game.

I haven't played much of y8 demo but I liked the improved combat system and the Hawaii looks nice.

What are your thoughts on the game?
