I used to go to this dollar store that would sell stationary with a little (bare with me) anime type girl. She was all dainty and sometimes had a puppy with her. She would be in different little scenes, like holding an umbrella, posing with a fluttery dress etc. It was definitely aimed at little girls like me (i was like 5-6). Does anybody remember what I'm talking about? She was pale with dark black hair.
