I've been training for a decade+.

My 17 year old dog died 6 days ago and my heart is shattered.

Made it back to the gym today. I was at least 30% weaker than last week. My C&J warmup with 75kg felt like I was trying to max out.

I just did EMOM with that weight for 8 set of 2 + 1.

Anyone else experienced strength loss after the loss of loved one?
