This... This is a joke, right? I don't get it. Can please someone explain. Not the tank stopping triangles on the highways, that is the usual ruzzki bullshit. But that plane... I don't get what's happening.

Edit: OK, that last gif explains it. It's a joke playing on the dumb narratives of how those concrete blocks got in the highways.
