Butthurt haters and the video is made by a black person. Just ignore them.
WV, MD, and DE are not the south. I wouldn't put TX or OK in there either, really.
MD and WV are below the Mason-Dixon Line. They are the South. I think they just fucked up with DE because the Eastern Shore of MD is over there, so they may have just got extra excited with their coloring.
