Very rarely does a sex scene make me go "wow, that actually added to the plot and character development." I always like to mention Eternals has a sex scene, marvel studios first one, and it's only around 20 seconds. Completely meaningless and the same thing could have been accomplished with implications.

I found even when it does add to the story, they tend to overdo it.

To me, if I see sex scenes, that's a sign that a show is bad, and I stop watching.
