Does the Everything seasoning go on before or after the bake?
Before the bake, specifically you should press them into the seasoning right after boiling while they're still hot.
These look so amazing. Show the inside too!
But do you pronounce them bagels or bagels?
I haven't tried his bagels yet, but LOVE his English muffins!
