My first attempt at making bagels, using Brian Lagerstrom's 1 hour bagel recipe. Can't recommend them enough.

Does the Everything seasoning go on before or after the bake?

Before the bake, specifically you should press them into the seasoning right after boiling while they're still hot.

I haven't tried his bagels yet, but LOVE his English muffins!
