As far as I understand, Lemmy doesn't store that information anywhere. Kbin does however. It's on of the reasons I decided to move to Lemmy instead of Kbin.

I believe that upvotes in lemmy are not only saved but are also publicly availible with the API.
It is ok as it is but having 2 separate lists for saved and upvoted/downvoted with sorting would be great.
