Any idea how to properly install mods in Oblivion on Linux? (www.nexusmods.com)

I've been trying to install Oblivion Stutter Remover using the proper documentation given for the mod that says I just need to unzip the folder where the mod came and drag it into my Data/ folder inside my Oblivion folder.

I have done everything it says but there is no difference at all, in fact the mod is not working at all since the mod locks the fps at 60 and I have almost 300 fps.

Maybe someone with more experience can help me with this? Thanks.

If you find you wanna do more mods. A manager is helpful.

Vortex Mod Manager is my suggestion.
