I think maybe you’re a natural goatse

Drones can help get a good picture, if you like photography you will have fun playing with a drone. Even a cheap one is fine. I lived off a building at 4th and Wall St in Belltown and got roof access a few times.

I have a couple of really nice drones, but they're FPV racing quadcopters. I suppose I could just strap a 4k video camera to them and then pick out stills. But your picture makes me want to get an actual photography drone. That picture is amazing! I showed my wife, and she agrees, it's a stunning photograph.

This is likely off the Mountain to Sound Greenway Trail.

The real credit goes to the heroin addict that smashed his head through this fence to setup the perfect frame for the photographer. Never change Seattle o7

I do not know who the photographer is, otherwise I would have like I provide credit on Comic Strips.

That spot the picture is taken is sketchy. Lots of drugs and homeless people there because its a huge green belt space

[–] glimse@lemmy.world 2 points 9 months ago (1 children)

It's a really cool photo regardless, that's what I wanted to find the photographer

[–] thisbenzingring@lemmy.sdf.org 2 points 9 months ago

No doubt about it! I was just trying to say it's even more cool knowing where it's taken from because of the circumstances

He moved back to Boston to be near his kid.

Currently rewatching. He's still in Seattle and just got his job back after months of not working and not changing his lifestyle in the slightest. He must not really need the job all that much.

I like that the pics sub here is actually about cool pictures and not just pictures showing subject matter of interesting stories like:

[generic dog picture] β€œThis dog ran over 2,000 miles to get home after his owner left him 2,000 miles from home”

[–] Stamets@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Fucking right? The second it trends the other way is the second I'll be leaving. I wanna see cool stuff, not read cool stuff.
