Every so often I go through Top Free themes in Galaxy theme store. Currently using RainbowPortal from Planet Design
Looks like the theme isn't available anymore, but the wallpaper is. Static wallpaper, swirling color-changing lock screen, the video preview is obviously the wrong thing on there
