Looking forward to an Obsidian RPG again honestly.

Suuuper curious to see how this turns out. I didn't get through The Outer Worlds, something about it lacked the draw of exploration for me and it felt like a smaller more linear game. Hopefully this will be more like Oblivion/Skyrim with the world being more connected.
I feel the same, it had the perfect mix of parts but just lacked something to bring it together and make it enjoyable. It might be the setting tricked me into thinking it could be like Fallout 3. That was on Xbox when I briefly had the game pass so I didn't get that far into it, I might try it again on Steam Deck (looking for that kind of experience for handheld). Same goes for Avowed, if it works well on Deck.
They already confirmed it's going to be a smaller game like the outer worlds.
Hopefully, even though it's smaller, it feels more connected. I think that's what I was missing from the outer worlds, it just felt so did jointed. I should Go back and give it another go though.
