Batman Arkham City, then I moved on to Arkham Knight but I streamed that from my desktop because it's more demanding. Now I'm trying to figure out what to play next. Maybe Jedi Fallen Order.

Stardew Valley has been my go-to so far, along with lots of old puzzle games (Portal 1/2, Myst, etc.) and the early Lego games, namely Lego Star Wars
Hey! I’m playing Yooka-Laylee, Skyrim and Moonlighter.
I’d really like to get good with FPSs on sticks, but seems to much for me, so I play Deathloop docked.
I'm at like 60 hours of Dead Cells now and I still haven't beaten the thing. Can't get past the Hand of the King, but dang is that game satisfying to play.
I was never a roguelike fan until I played Hades and now I guess I'm an addict.
The Steam Deck is great for Dead Cells. The game is heavy on randomness. I beat Hand of the King recently with a great run. I hope you get some great runs soon.
I stacked Brutality, got the assassain dagger (crits when hitting from behind) and phaser (places character behind enemy for long enough to backstab). My criticals were around 40000. It's the best run I have had so far.
Been a while since I played, but I remember the two things that helped me on HotK were oil + fire for lots of passive damage, and that one mutation that lets you parry while rolling if you stick a shield in your backpack to deal with his bombs. And lots of attempts lol
I’m currently playing Persona 5, it’s a good game. If you haven't already, play MGS:V it’s an incredible experience on the steam deck.
I've been gaming on Linux for umm about ten years? Before that it was on FreeBSD and before that, it was on Atari ST. It feels so weird to finally be playing the same games as everyone else. Thanks Steam Deckers.
If anyone wants to spin up a private server and host some kind of game, I'll join your world! 7dtd is dropping a new release tomorrow.
I absolutely love my steam deck. I’m an old WoW player and I currently play on TurtleWoW since classic isn’t really for me & I hate the guilt of paying for a monthly sub when my life is very sporadic with gaming time. It’s PERFECT for before bedtime in bed gaming before wife & I go to sleep.
Steam Deck is great but I've been stuck on Tears of the Kingdom. Once I finish that, ill probably hop back on Hades or Signalis.
I'm not so active with mine at the moment since I have a desktop computer, but back when I was recovering from a knee injury away from home, it was not just most of my gaming, but also my personal computer for most tasks, via a USB-C hub hooking it up to the keyboard and monitors I was using for work. I ended up completing a personal image editing project using GIMP installed in its desktop mode.
Just wondering, has anyone tried installing windows on it? From my experience using with dual boot, windows give much more fps stability like not getting mini lag etc. on games.
Raises hand playing God of War 2018. Think I’m going to play Bulletstorm next. Not enough time to play all the games I’d like to.
Playing Divinity Original Sin 2, great controls on steam deck.
Diablo 4 has been a blast and runs great on the Deck! Battery life isn’t all that great but it’s also a non-issue mostly as you need an active Internet connection to play anyway. So it’s not like I’d be playing on the go.
Loving System Shock remake on the Deck right now. Just freaking fantastic.
As I don't own a playstation I am playing the horizon zero dawn game, it is quite good. I will probably then play the final fantasy remake.
I am absolutely ravishing skyrim with mods on my steam deck right now. I'm playing a destruction mage, and half the time when im attacking I say "and so I started blastin" to myself. I play Vampire Survivors often, dead cells, subnautica, No Mans Sky, etc. Might give elden ring another try since I've been enjoying more difficulty in games.
I'm having a great time playing The Saboteur on my Deck. It's not on Steam but if you buy it on GOG you can run it through Heroic Game Launcher's Steam integration. You can also run the EA App (yuck) version on Deck but it takes a little more doing, or emulate the PS3 version.
A criminally underrated open world game from 2009 where you play as an ornery Irish man fighting Nazis in occupied Paris. It's well written and acted and nails the aesthetic of the time and place. Plus it's just fun blowing shit up.
Also my friend got me Potion Craft which is cozy.
Trying to 100% Spiderman at the moment, and also playing ToTK on my deck
I'm playing Doki Doki Literature Club mainly to see why there are all the disclaimers about disturbing content.
I had been playing hollow knight, but then I got yuzu and Zelda: tears of the kingdom. It's been awesome.
Trying to work through my backlog. I've just started A Hat In Time and enjoying it so far.
Playing Persona 5 Strikers and constantly feeling withdrawal as I want to get to NEO:The World Ends With You after playing the DS original. Which I feel like is in the spirit of patient gaming, because while the game is like 2 years old, I got into this situation for playing a 15 year old game.
I absolutely love the steam deck. I bounce around games, the most recent new release I played was Hogwarts Legacy. More recently I've been using it as like background occupation to listen to podcasts and have been playing euro truck sim 2 and American truck sim. It's also gotten me back into Elite: Dangerous so I should probably finish that exploration route I had set up. I also very almost finished Celeste (like I'm on the final level), so I should probably go back and finish that. Like I said, I bounce around lol.
Playing next I'm not really sure, I bought KSP2 on launch day but wasn't really able to run it, but the new updates seem to have majorly improved performance so I'll try that when I next feel like it.
