i have used the one here, with the only adendum that i used 70g of sugar https://prettysimplesweet.com/clafoutis/#wprm-recipe-container-11119

Also next time i am thinking of using 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks, gonna play a bit with the eggs ratio. this one had a bit of too much white egg taste.
