I'm constantly wondering how Amazon keeps finding workers at all. The pay is not that great. How are they convincing people to break themselves? I know we all get desperate but it has to be something more than pay right? ๐Ÿ˜•

They hire literally everyone, including people that don't normally ever work that type of job. Only like a third stay after the first week. And it's still more money than fast food.
