Floola should work, unfortunately it isnt open-source but its free. If you dig into dnfDragora on Fedora there are a handful of preloaded packages ready for install which allow you to interact with iOS devices. I'd think Nobara has the same options.
Nobara does the problem was my iPhone was struck in recovery mode but I was able to get it out
