@LineageOS @degoogle #degoogle I have two phones that I need to degoogle. A Samsung Note 5 and Huawei P30 pro. Lineage OS does not support either of them. Can someone recommend instructions on how I can achieve this. Basically degoogle, desamsung and dehuawei the two phones.
I would prefer Lineage OS but since it is not officially supported for these phones, I will settle for getting it done in stock ROM as well.

@LordChaos82 @LineageOS @degoogle Are the boot loaders unlocked? You need root access to do any of that (to my knowledge), and getting root usually requires the boot loader to be unlocked. Sometimes manufacturers will give you the key if you ask nicely, but if your devices are carrier locked you might be out of luck.

@nenos @LineageOS @degoogle The bootloader is locked but the phones are unlocked international phones, so not locked to a carrier. I am a newbie trying to learn so not sure how to unlock the bootloader.
