I don't need 1000hp. I just want an affordable, electric pickup with 6+ feet bed and good range.
Silverado has a proper bed (at 5’11”) and the mid gate folds into the cab for around 9’ of length, and loads of range. Affordable is NOT going to go together with range at this point. Though typically if one needs the bed it’s rare to also need the range in the same vehicle.
Yeah it's a nice looking truck but way too big and costs almost as much as my house lol
Seriously - when do we get something the size of a 90s-era Hilux that’s reasonably performant, but mostly optimized to be a torquey little stuff-hauler? I feel like that would sell like goddamn hotcakes.
Exactly. That's basically what I drive now but having a 17 year old truck comes with its downsides
Heh, I’m not in construction, but I’m still rocking an old 03’ Jetta. The low tech has some downsides.. but it’s also got some upsides. For instance, I’m 100% certain my car does not phone home, ever.
