actually...
I've just checked fact-checked myself and apparently Canada also says aluminum but 🤷it's like when someone posts a screenshot or comment about a game, in a general community, but doesn't say what game it is.
but anyway further down the article it mentions facilities in Kentucky and South Carolina, plus DOE talk gives it away to US earlier on.
